Description
Spacious flat totally refurbished and situated on the 3rd floor (with lift) in a very quiet neighbourhood. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the Paseo Marítimo de Huelin, it is in the perfect location to get to know Malaga without the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The flat has a bright living-dining room with access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the typical sun of our land. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with a small laundry room and laundry area. It also has a small toilet and a complete bathroom with gel and shampoo dispenser in the shower, free of charge for guests. The bedrooms are spacious, all with storage and wardrobes. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds (trundle bed). The area is very well communicated with public transport such as metro, buses and trains so you won't miss a corner of our beautiful Malaga.Stroll through the Parque del Oeste, take a swim in the Misericordia beach or take a walk to the centre of Malaga walking in front of the beach and enjoying the smell of our typical "espetos", you will love it!

Las Delicias neighbourhood is a typical Malaga neighbourhood where you will find greengrocers, butchers, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlours... and everything you might need.
The flat is only 5 minutes walking distance from Inma's ice-cream parlour, famous for its delicious homemade ice-creams and varied flavours, impossible to miss a visit!
You will also find nearby the school of performing arts, the Huelin promenade full of all kinds of restaurants, beach bars and bars to enjoy the best of Malaga's gastronomy.
And a 10 minute walk away you will find the Parque del Oeste, where you can stroll and watch the kangaroos, or sit a while and relax in the shade of one of the trees.
Being very well connected, if you take the metro, in just 5 minutes you will reach the city centre, where you will find the main museums, the Cathedral of Malaga or the Alcazaba.
There are buses as well as metro and train stations nearby. The area is a public parking area, and parking is usually not difficult.
