It also has a large sofa bed in the living room, where two adult guests can sleep comfortably, making the apartment perfect for groups of up to 6 guests. The property also has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, dishes and kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker... and other necessary utensils; and a full bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning units and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The apartment is located in the Lagunillas area, just 5 minutes walk from the Cervantes Theater and Plaza de la Merced. Lagunillas is an area known for the wide variety of street art that decorates the walls of its narrow streets, full of the charm of Malaga. Being a mostly residential area with little traffic, nighttime noise is minimal even though it is in the heart of Malaga and yet it is located just a few minutes walk from busy leisure areas such as Plaza Uncibay, Calle Carretería, the Roman Theater or The Mága Cathedral, as well as a multitude of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
