The windows of the flat overlook a neighbours' courtyard, and being located in the inner part of the building it is very quiet despite being in the centre of Malaga. The flat is located on the third floor, easily accessible by lift. It has central air conditioning and heating by heat pump. It has a toilet at the entrance, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a cosy living room with a double sofa bed. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed of 140x190cm, and a complete bathroom with a large shower.
The flat also has free, fast and stable WIFI, TV, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer and hoover.
Located in the centre of Malaga, 500m from the Plaza de la Merced, in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, supermarkets and shops around, and very close to the main tourist attractions of the city such as The Gibralfaro viewpoint, The Alcazaba, The Roman Theatre, The Cervantes Theatre, Picasso's Birthplace... among others.
