The apartment is ideal for families, couples or digital nomads and is fully equipped for a longer stay.

The Pinosol district is very quiet in contrast to the lively city center of Málaga. In the immediate vicinity is Gibralfaro Park with walking paths and children's playgrounds. Gibralfaro Castle can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The Parador - with panoramic views over Malaga, the harbor and the coast - is also just a 20-minute walk away.
A supermarket, butcher, bakery , fruit and vegetable shop can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. There are several bars and cafés in the neighborhood with cheap offers for breakfast or a few tapas in the evening. You don't meet a lot of tourists here, but mainly people from the Pinosol neighborhood.

It has several bus stops nearby, so using public transport is very easy. The accommodation also has private parking, subject to measurements and maximum weight of vehicles as it is accessed via a lift, and a seasonal swimming pool on the top floor of the building.
