The first, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and its own TV; and the second, with two single beds. It also has a large sofa bed in the living room, where two adult guests can sleep comfortably, making the apartment perfect for groups of up to 6 guests. The property also has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, dishes and kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker... and other necessary utensils; and a full bathroom with shower. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning units and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The apartment is located in the Lagunillas area, just 5 minutes walk from the Cervantes Theater and Plaza de la Merced. Lagunillas is an area known for the wide variety of street art that decorates the walls of its narrow streets, full of the charm of Malaga. Being a mostly residential area with little traffic, nighttime noise is minimal even though it is in the heart of Malaga and yet it is located just a few minutes walk from busy leisure areas such as Plaza Uncibay, Calle Carretería, the Roman Theater or The Mága Cathedral, as well as a multitude of restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Charming three bedroom flat situated in a quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. The flat consists of a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, a toilet and a bathroom, a bright living room and a small terrace where you can enjoy our splendid climate. Double beds in two of the bedrooms and two single beds (one of them a trundle bed) in the third bedroom.
Spacious flat totally refurbished and situated on the 3rd floor (with lift) in a very quiet neighbourhood. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach and the Paseo Marítimo de Huelin, it is in the perfect location to get to know Malaga without the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The flat has a bright living-dining room with access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the typical sun of our land. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with a small laundry room and laundry area. It also has a small toilet and a complete bathroom with gel and shampoo dispenser in the shower, free of charge for guests. The bedrooms are spacious, all with storage and wardrobes. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds (trundle bed). The area is very well communicated with public transport such as metro, buses and trains so you won't miss a corner of our beautiful Malaga.Stroll through the Parque del Oeste, take a swim in the Misericordia beach or take a walk to the centre of Malaga walking in front of the beach and enjoying the smell of our typical "espetos", you will love it!

Las Delicias neighbourhood is a typical Malaga neighbourhood where you will find greengrocers, butchers, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlours... and everything you might need.
The flat is only 5 minutes walking distance from Inma's ice-cream parlour, famous for its delicious homemade ice-creams and varied flavours, impossible to miss a visit!
You will also find nearby the school of performing arts, the Huelin promenade full of all kinds of restaurants, beach bars and bars to enjoy the best of Malaga's gastronomy.
And a 10 minute walk away you will find the Parque del Oeste, where you can stroll and watch the kangaroos, or sit a while and relax in the shade of one of the trees.
Being very well connected, if you take the metro, in just 5 minutes you will reach the city centre, where you will find the main museums, the Cathedral of Malaga or the Alcazaba.
There are buses as well as metro and train stations nearby. The area is a public parking area, and parking is usually not difficult. -

The apartment is located in a new building in second/third line beach, and has: a spacious living room with TV, sofa bed and work area; dining room with open kitchen and fully equipped; two bedrooms: the first with double bed, closet and TV in the room, and the second has two single beds; two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower and bidet. The accommodation also has a terrace with outdoor furniture and views of the communal pool and gardens.
The swimming pool is saltwater and communal, it is also seasonal so it is open from June 1 to September 30, and with a schedule of use from 9:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 23:00.
The parking is private, and is located inside the building. It is for the exclusive use of the guests.
The accommodation is located in a very quiet area, with plenty of bars and restaurants around, just 280m from the beach and very close to public transport to go to the city center.
