Large, bright and stylishly furnished 3 room apartment with an open kitchen and living area in the center of Malaga. The apartment, located on the 1st floor with unobstructed views, is completely renovated, there is an elevator and it has it’s own garage parking space.
The apartment has its own free WIFI (600 Mbit fiber optic), TV, 3 air conditioners, washing machine and dishwasher.
The apartment is ideal for families, couples or digital nomads and is fully equipped for a longer stay.
There are two large bedrooms, each with a double bed. One bedroom faces the inner courtyard, the other faces the street.
The third room can be used as a workplace and has a small fold-out sofa bed for one person.
The large and open kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils.
The bright living room area offers a large window facade with an unobstructed view.
Access for guests
There are shops, bars and restaurants in the district. The nearest supermarket is just 100 meters away. You can walk to the city center / Plaza de la Merced in only 10 minutes, 25 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the airport by car.

The neighborhood
The Pinosol district is very quiet in contrast to the lively city center of Málaga. In the immediate vicinity is Gibralfaro Park with walking paths and children's playgrounds. Gibralfaro Castle can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The Parador - with panoramic views over Malaga, the harbor and the coast - is also just a 20-minute walk away.
A supermarket, butcher, bakery , fruit and vegetable shop can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. There are several bars and cafés in the neighborhood with cheap offers for breakfast or a few tapas in the evening. You don't meet a lot of tourists here, but mainly people from the Pinosol neighborhood.
